Hey guys Ive been reading alot about this and cant decide the best dosage. I am 28 years old, 195 lb 5'7 at around 12 % bf. I have been training consistently for about 8 years. I have never used clen or t3 but I am going to give it a try to get this last bit of fat off me. Could some of you experienced guys give me some advice on how to go about this cycle?
