Best exercise to get that shoulder cap?

For side laterals watch anyone in any gym; bouncing, pecking (picture a bird pecking a tree) they're done completely ass backwards 90% of the time...sitting keeps you in line and focusing on the movement, keeping you from flinging your body all over the damn place and accomplishing nothing...

I'm not saying do 1 or the other ALL the time, but at this stage of the game no one should be doing the same routine all the time..

Most people use weights far too heavy and swing like bitches.. in the case of lateral raises less is definitely more

hmm and yet i do seated overhead presses, what they say is correct for overall anabolic effect, however i want to strengthen my shoulders and upper back, thus, seated overhead press... and i do it with a bar, to be able to do more weight = more size strength use the squat rack/ so you don't drop the damn thing on your head..

with that all said, do that for 8 weeks, then do the standing press, that way you'll always be changing what the muscle has to do..
