Fuck, here in my state...one day after the election, my state went for Obama, the republican senators brought that law to the table. I guess they don't have much to do with each other. Logic tells me that pro-choice is right. Whatever you decide to do should be up to you. But I was born to a teenage mother so wtf would I look like supporting abortion when my mom would've been a prime candidate.

i'm assuming that a heart beat is heard in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters and not in the first, so a heart beat law would ban the former two abortions.
