No Appetite on Tren, Liquid Calories?

6 foot 1, 240pounds 15%bf

First time running legit tren, gear is hard to come by where I am and was only able to get tren e. (500mg / week, with 280mg test prop week) im on trt for life, mostly prop as its cheap, i don’t mind pins. The doc’s test enanthate is very expensive.

I’m 3 weeks in and I have no appetite at all. I’m trying to bulk with Tren (probably wont again in the future due to this) but as I have the gear I want to try and finish my 12 week cycle / blast

Before the tren, i use to eat "clean" 6 meals a day which included over 1kg (2.2pounds) of meat a day, i use to binge eat in the night, i use to love food. i was eating 5.5-6k calories (fitday.com) and always wanting more, never had shakes.



for the first 3 weeks on my cycle i was eating 6k calories, most of them liquid and chitty foods like pizza, gained a pound (salt in pizza), so now im at 6.5k calories a day (fitday.com) most of from protein powder / whole milk / ground oats in shakes

the thought of food makes me sick, at the moment the whole foods im eating arnt the healthiest food, but im trying to just eat some solids (40% of calories), i could not eat anything all day and not be hungry

Do you think this will affect gains, basically 60% liquid calories from milk / protein powder / ground oats

once I finish the Tren i hope my appetite comes back and ill go back to normal.

I am also going to get some B12 to help boost appetite.

I'd say yes to it affecting your gains as you won't be getting all the necessary nutrients from the food.
Maybe if your struggling with whole foods, just blend it and drink it! I mean the posibiltys are endless. For example I have these from time to time.
Milk
Eggs
Whey
Powdered oats
Bannana
Peanut butter
I just blend all these up and drink them. It's a easy 1000 cals in one hit!
You can add olive oil to shakes for fats also seeds and nuts.
For chicken, beef and your meats maybe make some kind of soup. Never tried this but dnt see why it wouldn't work, providing you put the necessary amount in. You could add your sweet potatoes, veggies, etc to It.

didn't think about a meat soup with sweet potato and veggies, should be able to down it quite easy, thanks for the idea
 
tren can kill your appetite but i've noticed that when you are de-hydrated and not drinking enough it makes the problem worse. some mornins i wake up with zero appetite.. why? cause i didn't drink enough before bed. keep checking your piss.. if its not clear then you aren't drinking enough. if you aren't willing to drink and piss all day and night on tren then tren isn't for you. also you should be on support supps and go into cycle in top shape. otherwise this type of thing will be worse on you.
 
I have a good friend whos appetite died on a test/tren cycle... for a while he was chucking tuna, milk, berries and veg in a blender three times a day along with whatever he could manage to eat and managed to make good strength gains... also ended up nicely shredded by the end of the cycle... liquid calories not ideal but def better to do it than go through the day not eating enough to make your cycle worthwhile...
 
If you search my name for posts years ago, you will see that I had the EXACT same problem on tren. It isn't that you aren't hungry, it is that you get sick at the very thought of food.

People don't seem to understand there is a difference there. I would literally feel queasy to my stomach if a food commercial came on tv.

There were MANY - like 5 out the week that I only had 1 meal of the day and that would be post training. And quite a few of those times the 1 meal per day I had was a protein shake.

I would get on tren and 6 weeks later only be done 3-4 pounds. Incredible as it may seem since I was not coming close to 1000 calories a day and still busting my ass in the gym on great workouts.

But it just wasn't for me. In addition to the lack of appetite I had a general overall uneasy feeling to me. Felt flushed, tired all the time, depressed. Tren never made me angry or fly off the handle, but it just wasn't for me.

I have dropped my water consumption a bit, but only have due to the increased milk intake, will drink more water and see if it helps, i am also on support supps, thanks

wow, im glad you commented, it seems we respond to tren the same, the sick feeling, overall uneasy, etc, the fact you gained 3-4 pounds on less then 1000 calories a day it remarkable, i will attempt to stomach and drink as many calories as possible and hopefully make some decent gains, i dont think ill use tren again for a bulk, maybe a cut. thanks very much for posting, at least im not the only one
 
Tren made my appetite go crazy, I ate at least 12-13 times a day and would eat about 6-7 steaks a day. I couldn't stop eating.
 
Tuna blends quite nicely. I wouldnt use milk for it personally, but I used to do tuna shakes with V8 or tomato juice, or some kinda of vegetable juice. Its actually pretty good. I would imagine you could do this with other meats as well, just cook them well so they're soft enough to blend.

i think what you stack it with makes a difference too.

i stacked tren with dbol and my appetite was like yours. dbol has always given me a voracious appetite

Any other day I would say you're crazy. But I put some left over roast beef, potatoes, carrots, gravy and biscuits into the vita-mix blender and made that bitch into a soup, best damn thing I ever drank. Only down side of the vita-mix is the ($500 price tag) it will liquefy ANYTHING!

I am the same way. I just pinned my last pin on Saturday. I can eat the bad foods. Pizza, subs, things with fat and carbs. I am still making huge gains and shredding nicely. Last tren cycle I did the same thing but gained about 5 lbs of fat after cycle. I will have to get my diet back in the next couple of days so I don't do it again.
