First time running legit tren, gear is hard to come by where I am and was only able to get tren e. (500mg / week, with 280mg test prop week) im on trt for life, mostly prop as its cheap, i don’t mind pins. The doc’s test enanthate is very expensive.
I’m 3 weeks in and I have no appetite at all. I’m trying to bulk with Tren (probably wont again in the future due to this) but as I have the gear I want to try and finish my 12 week cycle / blast
Before the tren, i use to eat "clean" 6 meals a day which included over 1kg (2.2pounds) of meat a day, i use to binge eat in the night, i use to love food. i was eating 5.5-6k calories (fitday.com) and always wanting more, never had shakes.
for the first 3 weeks on my cycle i was eating 6k calories, most of them liquid and chitty foods like pizza, gained a pound (salt in pizza), so now im at 6.5k calories a day (fitday.com) most of from protein powder / whole milk / ground oats in shakes
the thought of food makes me sick, at the moment the whole foods im eating arnt the healthiest food, but im trying to just eat some solids (40% of calories), i could not eat anything all day and not be hungry
Do you think this will affect gains, basically 60% liquid calories from milk / protein powder / ground oats
once I finish the Tren i hope my appetite comes back and ill go back to normal.
I am also going to get some B12 to help boost appetite.
