I personally wish comics would get back to:

1) Good versus evil lessons
2) Getting kids interested in science and engineering (I loooooved Iron Man growing up)
3) Stoking children's imaginations

Instead, they appear to be these ridiculous soap operas about relationships and love. And making them about gay romance and love is just as stupid as making them about heterosexual ones.

Sure, superman needs to kiss the girl when he saves the planet. So what they hell, let some guy kiss another guy. But make it less than 5% of the content of the episode regardless of who is getting kissed.
