Need help identifying D-bol

My cousin ordered a bottle of D-bol a week ago and its an apple shaped green pill with a line in the middle with the number 10 and at the back of it, it has a lion or a tiger's face on it.
Is it legit??

Not very sure because my friend passed it to me from another guy. Im sure it is from thailand, there is a silica gel that has thailand writing on it.
The guy who supply claims that its a newer one because last time he sold to me the blue hearts dbol which is very effective. So im not too sure about this one as i couldnt find anything about this on the net.
