I was on break today and hanging out with this guy that looks like a stereotypical cholo. He turns to me and says in his cholito accent "No offending, V, but you look like sinner."

I know it sounds like it would be offensive, but the way he said it had me laughing. I thought it was pretty cool how he used humor to disarm me so he could "witness".


What would it take for you to humor someone like this? Or when it comes to people trying to convert you, do you just tell 'em to stfu?

True story I talked to a couple of Jehovah's witnesses for over two hours once (made them stand outside in the heat) explaining to them why their religion was so bogus...one of them obviously wasn't listening to me, the other did and i ran into him about a month later at a gas station said I had changed the way he looked at religion and he was no longer an elder in his church.
