Hi everyone, I was wondering since curcuming has Anti-Inflammatory benefits it can help for joint swelling after I started lifting heavy I started having this issues on my knees and elbows, I am taking genacol but pain doesn't disappear, what about adding Ostarine with a better quality extract?

Curcumin really isn't that great of an anti-inflammatory supplement. If you like tumeric then I would simply add it to your food but I wouldn't spend money on a curcumin supplement personally. I add tumeric to my rice. It gives the rice a bright yellow colour and nice taste.

The best anti-inflammatory supplement you can take is fish oil and krill oil. Ideally you would use both and take around 6-10g of fish oil and 1-2g of krill oil each day.

I purchase my fish oil from costco and buy my krill oil from n2bm.com
