I read an article in the July 96 issue of MM2K called 'GERMAN VOLUME TRAINING' writen
by Charles Poliquin. This method is basically one exercise per body part at 10 sets
of 10 reps. You use 60% of your one rep max. There are other exercises thrown in for
your supporting body parts but is build around the 10 sets of 10 theory. Rest times
between setrs are 60-90 sec.
I have used Mr. Poliquins methods in the past with success but I was woundering if
anyone has heard of this method or if you have tried it what type of success have you
had.
