Bam Bam, I had reached a platau in my training about the same time that article came out. I tried it and it was pretty good. Doing 10 sets of 10 reps on one excercise was quite a bit different than what I was doing previously. I got some great pumps and tremendous muscle fatigue. It really helped when I went back to the heavier weights lower reps. Try it for a couple months and see, also make it a hard 10 reps you should be dying around rep 8/9. Don't sacrifice intensity for higher reps/sets.
