I read your posts about Bill Phillips, EAS, MM2K, fitness babes and various sordid
details of some of your sexual frustrations and fantacies and both agree with and was
embarrassed by some of it. I am trying to remember a post from several weeks ago-
Are you the guy that made a post that he was having trouble falling asleep? Staying up
'till 3AM ranting about your sex life frustrations on this board is a pretty good
indication that you do need sleep. I find that an evening of HIT sex with my wife done
as interval training is both aerobicly beneficial, burns calories, relieves sexual
tension and the refractory period that follows makes it easier to sleep. I suggest you
try HIT interval training sex before bed at nite for a good nite's sleep.
