Bar none, the best treatment for acne is isotretinoin--ie Accutane. Most doctors these
days will prescribe it even for mild cases of acne. I know many people who have used it
and they don't hardly even have to wash their face or hair because they hardly produce
any oil. Believe me, this is silver bullet drug--it will even take years off of your skin!
