I too, have been taking Whey-More and Creatine
Citrate by CC. The powder keeps you on the "lean"
side. I was wondering if you have found the
citrate to be a little "hard" on the stomach. I
take it first thing in the morning, on an empty
stomach, and immediately after I train(with water).
Any suggestions or comments. Also, do you cycle
your creatine? Thanks!
