I've read numerous post saying only use a.s after you have been lifting
for at least 2 years. Why not sooner.From what i've read in muscle mags
there was a study using mild dosages of test. and the people who got the test
and didn't work out gained more muscle than people who got no test and did
work out.Wouldn't this tell you that you can benifit from it in the first year?
Are the results less if you've only been working out for just under a year?
