I have always had this problem. I weigh 170 at 5'6 constanly when im trying to pack on
weight I monitor it very closly. Now if I weigh 172 when I go to bed when I wake up in the
morning I always lose 2-3 pounds. I understand that I burn calories while I sleep but where does this weight go
? Any one have any Idea?????
