: I have always had this problem. I weigh 170 at 5'6 constanly when im trying to pack on
: weight I monitor it very closly. Now if I weigh 172 when I go to bed when I wake up in the
: morning I always lose 2-3 pounds. I understand that I burn calories while I sleep but where does this weight go
: ? Any one have any Idea?????
THE WEIGHT IS NOT LOST. WHEN YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING YOU HAVE NO WATER OR FOOD IN A SOLID FORM IN YOUR SYSTEM. AT NIGHT THE 2-3 LBS IS FROM YOUR FOOD AND LIQUID THAT YOU HAVE DRANK. IT GOES AWAY WHILE YOU SLEEP BECAUSE YOU HAVE FASTED FOR HOURS AND YOUR STOMACH IS EMPTY, AND THE LIQUIDS IN THERE ARE USED UP. THE MORNING WEIGHT IS MORE ACCURATE. WEIGH YOURSELF AT THE SAME TIME DURING THE DAY TO GET ACCURATE READINGS ( IE. IN THE MORNINGS- ALWAYS WEIGH YOURSELF IN THE MORNINGETC.)
