Yes I have an idea , your bodyweight can fluctuate 5% at any time due to water retention or dehydration .
DONT WEIGH YOURSELF 2X a day or even 1x/ day . Weigh yourself once a week . And you wont be so compulsive about
the slight fluctuations in your bodyweight . This is of course my opinion . I only weigh myself ( and record it)
once a week . I do weigh myself before and after workouts just to see how much water to drink . But I dont agonize
over lsoing or gaining a couple of pounds . I let the mirror be my guide . Its hard to stay the course if you
let yourself get sidetracked by incorrect perceptions.
