Back growth - need longer lats. Any advice?

Well, I've been getting nice gains for the last few years and
I thought I "knew it all" about lifting, but now I am forced
to ask a question: How the hell do you make your lats longer ??

My lats seem to be short - i.e. they start out from way above
the waistline. What is a good way (or is there any) to
elongate them ?

My back routine is as follows (please bear with me!)

Chin-ups (4)
Bar Rows (3)
Dumbbell Pullovers (2)
Deadlifts (4)
Low Pulley Rows (2)

This hits pretty much all of it. My upper back is good, but lower
lats are "missing" . So what's missing from my routine ?

Nothing seems to help save the d-bol :)
