: I saw your post regarding availability of the two aforementioned products. I don't know shit compared to you regarding supplements and the like but I can tell you my experience with these two (for whatever it may be worth). My girlfriend had ACL and MCL surgery on her knee a couple years ago. I had read about these two things and started giving her 3000mgs of GS and 500 mgs of CSA for two weeks, then 1500mg GS and 500 CSA for the next month. Her recovery/rehab was so much faster than the other knee patients that were rehabbing at the same time as she was. Six weeks later she was riding centuries. I'm sure you already know the 411 about all this stuff but I have seen pretty amazing shit when people are consistent with it (working in a health food store and getting feedback, etc). I don't know if you're having problems that would require using this stuff but if you are I can tell you I've seen really good results and have gotten good feedback. Apparently the key is to use it consistently. Like I said, I'm sure you already knew this but thought I'd share my two cents with you.

I have also had good recovery from connective tissue
injury with CS and GS. I think that CS came out first
and then the GS which is supposed to be a smaller molecule
and is supposedly better. Right now I'm using to
get over some tendonitus I've developed from my
Back and Biceps workouts. It isn't a miracle cure
but I think it does speed recovery somewhat.
