I HAVE BEEN LIFTING FOR 9 MONTHS NOW I HAVE PUT SOME GOOD SIZE ON . I IMPRIVED MY BENCH 140 POUNDS SINCE THEN. HOWEVER I WANT TO GET BIGGER WHAT TYPE OF ROUTINES WOULD HELP ME THE MOST. I FIGURED THAT YOU GUYS WOULD KNOW. I CONSUME ABOUT 230 GM PROTEIN A DAY I AM ON CREATINE, AND WHEY PROTEIN.
