IS IT OKAY TO DO CARDIO THREE TIMES A WEEK?

Hello! Can I ride the stationary bike for thirty minutes, three times a week, and not have to worry about losing any of my gains?

I have gained 10 LBS. IN LITTLE OVER A WEEK while using sustanon!!!!!!!!
I'm afraid that I may be gaining weight too fast. I'm eating some type of protein evry two and a half hours, and increased my calories. Since I am lifting really heavy now, would the cardio take away some of my gains? (I'm not planning to enter any bodybuilding contests).
