I have a propisiton for both of you! Samson and Mikey. Even though I am a woman, I have a fiance' who is
into the sust and so forth. You are right about cardio burning muscle but considering the risk factors of just taking
sust. you want your cardio system to stayin shape during your cycle! Do it 3 times a week maybe 20 to 30 mins. but keep your
heart rate at or below 130 beats per minute. This should ensure in any case that you will burn fat not muscle and at the same time
keep you aerobically fit. We do it this way even tho I don't take sost. I do propinate, He did and still got incrediable strength and size
