Doing too much cardio is far worse for a natural trainer than for an anabolically enhanced
trainer. You probably wouldn't be the worse for it. Personally, I wouldn't do any
cardio, I mean, are you getting fatter? But then thats just me, I hardly ever do ANY
cardio, and just rely on diet....lazy bastard that I am...
