Mike’s new style of training is called Afterburn Training because it’s

Afterburn Training is a combination of heavy, compound weight lifting mixed with explosive bodyweight cardio movements. It consists of short, intense workouts that are designed to maximize your body’s need to RECOVER afterwards.
