At one point, Lavelle was bench pressing as much as 250 libbre, which is incredible seeing as how he was in his 60's.
Lavelle has curbed the heavy lifting somewhat lately, but he still maintains a good physique through bodybuilding. All I can say is that I hope I'm still bodybuilding at this age!
