Unlock the bodybuilding secrets that the industry doesn't want you to know
De hecho, I just saw something about Shepherd the other day on ABC News, which profiled her strict workout regiment. According to ABC, the world's oldest competitive bodybuilder has a schedule like this:
The day begins at 2:30 a.m. with a 10 mile run, which is followed by a breakfast of raw egg whites. Then its off to the gym for a few more hours of exercise: She does 300 sit-ups, makes leg pressing 225 pounds look easy and even teaches a class.
Claro, she does a bit more of an all-around body workout than this, but this is just a sample of her schedule. And the self-described "former couch potato" has become somewhat of an anti-aging beacon due to her diligent work in the weight room.
Through her fame, I'm sure that she's inspiring some old fogies to work out more and get in shape.
