If you've paid any attention to the fitness industry over the past year, then you've heard about p90x. Som navnet antyder, p90x is a 90-day program that is supposed to get people ripped in this amount of time (300 pounders included?).
You may be rolling your eyes already and I have as well. Dybest set, the program amounts to a bunch of glorified aerobic exercises that can help people lose weight over time. Men, I don't see anything that suggests p90x should be priced at $120. You can basically get the same effect from buying a Billy Blanks Tae Bo disc along with a couple of Denise Austin DVD's.
Når det er sagt, I suppose people can get some benefit from using p90x.......again, just not $120 worth of benefit.
I think that most people are all too willing to dump a bunch of money into a popular workout program rather than doing their own research and finding a plan that's more suited to them. Things like p90x are generalized plans that thrive on commercial appeal. But if you're looking to put on muscle or drop 100 pounds, I would suggest doing something else.
