This was probably the best training day i've ever had. I had a ton of fun and it was just intense as hell today.
POWER at the 75 foot mark
Warmed up with keg clean and press each rep
Suston did a few strict presses while talking trash to everyone. the video keeps fucking up on this...damn it

No excuses for me....235s for 25 feet...pretty shitty, wanted 50. I will keep trying to increase my distance for the next 2 weeks then I will switch up to sustons farmer method and go lighter.

Me: TOOLED my old pr rediculously. Felt strong squatting it off the keg and felt FAST running with it. 295 for 100 feet. 315 next week
