This was probably the best training day i've ever had. I had a ton of fun and it was just intense as hell today.

Warmed up with keg clean and press each rep

Farmers:
No excuses for me....235s for 25 feet...pretty shitty, wanted 50. I will keep trying to increase my distance for the next 2 weeks then I will switch up to sustons farmer method and go lighter.

You guys are really doing some great things. Some great efforts.
 
Today was an awesome workout, and it just proved to me once again that the intensity with which you train with has a lot to do with the people you train with. Sk you have the greatest dedication of anyone, with a stronger lower back and core, as well as form, you will go very far. Jeremiah, im glad you used your anger at me in a positive way.. you always bring intensity to the lot, t3c is like an energizer bunny, he was so hyped up he left the parking lot... but forgot to take me! so he had to comeback for me.. youre a great person and we will have many more training Sundays together. And Polishhammer..... we need you back bro. Peace
