recomping without tren harder?

Currently 15% body fat and I’m 216 pounds and six foot three inches
40 years old
I’ve done 1 recomp before, that was with trenbolone
this time I want to recomp without tren.
2 reasons
1. its hot where I live already and I don’t want to deal with the tren sweats
2. tren side effects are brutal and I don’t like them
what would be your #1 choice for recomping if I were to NOT use tren?

Just test is fine you just need to be strict on diet as you won’t have the nutrient partitioning that Tren offers.
I have had good luck recomping with just test or test with primo or eq. It’s the macros that are gonna be the most important here. High protein lowish carbs/fats.

recomp is all on diet and training

just use some anavar with test and primo
 
before tren came along guys were ripped and lean
 
I would try equipoise it's also a really good option try 500 milligrams a week
