help...what kind of cable is this in my house?

my house is wired with this cable. not sure if it's for satelite or cable. or can it be used for both?

here's some numbers on it.

CL2-CATV-CM (UL)

COAX-18 AWG 75C

kinda sounds like cable line, catv, but i am running my sat with regular cable line with no probs. i think the different cables are just so the sat companies can make some cash off of people
