Hey everyone, I'm finishing a low dose tren cycle of 50mg eod. I am on trt 200mg week test cyp normally, but upped that to 350 during the tren cycle.
I am really happy with the results and I have had virtually no side effects. I have built considerable muscle over the nine weeks and as you know the strength gains were crazy,
Here's my question not being to wordy. I know when I come off the tren there will be obvious changes in my strength. I plan on going back to 200mg test cyp a week. How do I modify my work outs knowing that after a week off tren my strength gains will diminish. I'm currently doing 5 sets of 10 on my exercises. Not looking for specific recommendations just some general ideas.
