best skin supplements?

I’m not interested in using a cream or any type of ointment I hate that stuff it smells weird and it stinks up my entire Medicine Chest.
I’m looking to take a supplement that I can take orally that will help when my skin Health overall
I’ve read some good things about growth hormone supplements and maybe that they can help add more elasticity to the skin

for skin i would use some coconut oil
thats the best extra virgin
