Hello, Kurt here! Its nice to meet you, I'd like to share my love of the "world of bodybuilding and fitness". There is something about having lots of muscle... the strength that you get, the way it looks and feels on the body, but even more so the reactions from other people that you get. That makes me hunger for it even more!
So I love the gym environment, it gets me pumped! But sometimes I cant get into the gym because of my responsibilities; baby, wife, work, house, dog, ect... I needed to be able to workout at home fast and efficiently. That's why I invested into a pair of bowflex dumbbells 1090's. I'm just so limited on time right now plus I don't have the room for a big rack of dumbbells. It just made sense for me to get something adjustable, fast, and reliable.
Right now they've been great! My bowflex dumbbells 1090's help me keep-up with my strength training while living my busy life style. Idk, maybe you feel the same way, time with family, friends, or time to just relax may be of value to you (its is to me) so I highly recommend anything that make life a little easier and these dumbbells definitely do!
I also make time to blog and post in forums because I like to share knowledge and obtain knowledge! I will never claim to know more then you, or anyone! Because I've learned that their is a bit of genius in everyone! Put it this way, you may know something that I don't, so, if you'd like to share, then I'd like to learn.
And for doing so, in return, with you, I'll share the wealth of knowledge that Ive acquired through my long journey to a better body. Well that's it, so good luck my friend!
