Actually, I don't really look bloated. Maybe because it is only the 10th day of a 4 week cycle. I started with 15mg and going up to 30 and coming back down to 15 at the end. I already have my post cycle regiment set up. Thanks for the info anyway guys. Much appreciated.

I started with 15mg and am going up to 30mg a day. In my first 9 days I gained 8 pounds and increased in strength noticeably. You have to realize that I have been eating like a pig though all day everyday.

Hi, I have 150 tabs of dbal that i want to try out. I dont have acess to any other stuff like deca etc. Is there anyone that can recommend a cycle for these 150 pills. How much weight can i expect to gain from them. I am really looking to put on some weight. I am 5'10" and weigh 165.
