How much protein is in Boneless skinless Chicken Breast? And how many egg whites would I need to equal 30 grams of protein? Any info is preciated thanks for takin the time to help out.

Supermarket chicken? Becareful of the salt content in it if it is. I was eating 700g a day at one point, which was about 6g of salt!
