I'm an ol'school anabolic outlaw from the days when we learned cycle theories from the Anabolic Reference Guide, Dan Duchaine and word of mouth results from the trial and error of others. Sos-250 preloads and human grade gear was everywhere and one of the biggest dangers of gear market was not getting bunk gear, but getting natural Russian HGH instead of synthetic. I converted my first Finiplix cart in 1991.
I was top level national competitor when I made a major life change that took me away from bodybuilding and my last cycle was in 1996, but I continued to workout and train naturally.
That said, I have experienced some sports related injuries in the last couple of years that have lead to so surgeries and with the time spent in the gym focusing on rehab and training to resume my athletic career, I have decided to start training with gear again.
While I was considered by many to be very knowledgable on gear and the game back in my day a ton has changed, and I've been lurking on the boards, reading trying to bring myself up to speed on cycle theories, the gear thee days, etc.
I plan on starting my first cycle next week and wanted some feedback on my proposed cycle. I'm 38YOA, 5'8", 200lbs, 15%bf and have been training non-stop since my last cycle in 1996. My diet is not an area on concern for me but FYI, it is very high protien, low fat, low carb. As far as my goal from this first cycle, my idea is a moderate cycle to harden up, and have some clean gains.
Weeks 1-8: 250mg/week Testosterone Enanthate
Weeks 1-6: 75mg/EOD Trenbolone Acetate
Weeks 1-6: 50mg/day Winstrol (oral)
Weeks 1-8: 300IU/every 5 days HCG
Weeks 1-10: .5mg/day Arimidex
Weeks 1,2,5,6,9,10: 100mcg's/day Clenbutrol
Week 9: 100mg/day Clomid
40mg/day Nolvadex
Week 10: 50mg/day Clomid
30mg/day Nolvadex
Week 11: 50mg/day Clomid
20mg/day Nolvadex
My plan is to take 6-8 weeks off after this cycle and then go into a bulking cycle inclding HGH and IGF-1.
I welcome everyone's feedback on my proposed cycle. Also, I am really interested in learning as much as I can about cycle theories etc. If anyone can reccomend any GOOD book, it would be greatly appreciated.
