I heard that ZMA was the next great mass builder other than protein. Is this true? And what about Z-Mass, is that stuff good or just another over hyped, over priced product?
I've used ZMA didn't get the results the company claims if any. If you need to increase your sex drive or you want to sleep better at night then try it.
I have been using ZMA for a while now and the biggest benefit I have seen from it is better sleep! Able to sleep through the night and wake up refreshed. Of course that translates into better training!
Another ZMA question. Why is it advised to NOT take this stuff with milk/calcium? the reason I ask is I usually have a protein shake a little before bed and I make them with milk.
