Zinc with casein protein

dont take a shake before bed. see my previous posts on why

zinc is an important mineral for boosting test levels, without zinc we don't produce test

the good news is n2generate already has it, so just use that in place of your protein powder and you will be set

I don't think there will be any problems. Why do you think there would be?
