I'd day go with the ratio that works best for you sub-maintainence cal days, HOWEVER, on the refeed/overfeed days eat 80% carbs, with some protein and at little fat as possible....most fat consumed on a day of above-maintainence cals will be stored as fat......stick to foods like pasta, pancakes and syrup, breads, bagels (no cream cheese!), rice, or anything with little or no fat in it.......
