i'm just wondering if because ur eating all that non-carb flour, what will happen to it. will it give u dietary problems (like olestra used to) or will it be like increased fibre and not have u runnin for the toilet. i also wonder if it will have ay efects on GI mucosa.
if it is ok and healthy and all that it will be SOOOO cool. if ur cutting and wanna eat some bread with your mince but can't, this will kick ass. at the moment im trying to use lettuce as a admittedly crappy substitute
