It is going well.
I've been getting PR's on all (except for 1) of my ME days. Last Sunday I got 365 lb close-stance chain suspended GM, which was a 40-50 lb PR for me. My ME Bench lifts have also been increasing, though not as fast.
My DE movements seem to be getting faster every week. I did, however, decrease my DE bench weight from what I originally had planned because I was way too slow and I think it was hurting my ME workouts.
I think my form has gotten much better on the box squats. I did three weeks box squatting 2x per week, on the DE days, then again on ME squat day, doing 3 sets of 10-15 reps with a very light weight, just working on form. This has helped a lot. I'm getting a lot better at pushing my knees out and sitting back.
My squat suit and bench shirt should be coming in tomorrow or sometime next week, so I am thinking about when I should incorporate work in the shirt or suit into my training.
I suppose that about covers everything. Now I'm off to go walk through a huge snowstorm and 4" of snow to get to the Rec Center for my ME Bench workout.
