In TX that dude would have lost his CHL. Even printing is an offense punishable by loss of license and arrest. It's a bullshit law put in place to apease the minds of cunts just like that one you mentioned who get their panties in a bunch and assume everyone with a gun is a damn bank robber. The cops would have hundreds of calls a day from people thinking jesse fucking james just walked into McDonalds for a cheeseburger and some bloodshed

Yea thats why its hard for me to ccw all the time since my shirts have to be just right to cover it and not print etc
 
You have to wear a circus tent or carry a pea shooter to avoid printing...
