Hmmm, so does mine as well. When I train for fighting or sprinting I train in a sprinter fasion of explosive speed followed by rest intervarls.
But when weightlifting I usually train to the piont where I can't flex becaue evry fiber has been recruited to the max. But when I am on cycle I seem to puke more, go figure...
i have never puked or passed out in a gym. but i go shaky, my vision can go blurry, I sweat like a horse, breathe heavily, feel out of balance when i walk... thats pretty much it.
and only when squatting or deading too really...
ive never seen people get this kinda thing from like benching

You can judge your intensity by how you feel post workout. With great intensity comes huge amounts of endorphins in your blood stream, i swear it almost feels like morphine. i think this is why i workout. this feeling.
My intensity also varies depending on a lot of things. Some days I come in there with my game face on and grunting and just start throwing weights around..others I stumble into the gym and sit at the front counter for 15 mins before training(but the girls there are hot). Most of the time even if I come in sleepwalking I manage to pull it together and move some weights around, sweat a bit, and get a good pump. I have found ways to get myself psyched up in there and training is something I enjoy so its never like I am forced to be there. If anything sometimes its hard to leave the gym.
I never change intensity, unless I'm increasing the weight for my sets but like I always go in with the same fire and rage as always, because things always tend to be going down an obscure path in my life. Yeppppp, a dark cloud always hangs over my head, so I work it off on my home gym, or practicing my kicks and the like.
