thought it'd be interesting to see what all the more experienced members would use if they could do their very first cycle all over again. sorry if this's been done before, can we make this a poll?

I did a year and a half of researching and I am satisfied with my first cycle. That was over 3 years which was 30mgs dbol 1-6. and 500 mgs test e 1-12. pct included hcg, clomid, and nolva. I recovered fine and kept a lot of gains. I will be doing my 2nd cycle hopefully in Jan.
I did the pussy cycle of all time -- Primo tabs. Actually saw some progress and was ecstatic. I know everyone loves to say that test is the best first cycle but I disagree. People think that because it's what the body produces it's the best choice. That makes it the WORST choice. Why use a supressive compound when your receptors are so fesh they'll respond to anything?
If I had to do it all over again, I'd do it the same way.

Interesting Nelson. That's a good way to put it. But If you say use anything but test for a first cycle, you mean just EQ, anavar, winny,or primo. Although you will make gains, they won't be as good as test. Deca on the other hand will give just about the same gains, but some people might get the DD. And we're not talking about Sarah Felin's boobies here 
. Some people won't want those sides. SO wouldn't test with a proper pct protocol, diet, and training be very good for a first timer. It will be supressive, but isn't take what pct is for?

M first cycle was back in 99. M old man gave me a big 50ml jug of qv deca or some kind of vet grade deca. It was only 50mg per ml. I did 300mg ew till it was gone. I read the steroid bible that was out at the time and it said deca was the shit. I got some great gains but lost them all latter when I went to the army.
Did not do another cycle till 2005 when I came to ef. Of course I learned what A dumb ass I was back then.

Get this. I used the same 10 or so 18g needles for the whole cycle to. Man what a dumb ass.

THANKS GENTS a lot of people i know have done the sustenon 250 for their first cycle and i read a lot of people do the anavar only, just thought it'd be interesting what some of the elite top guns started on before they learned what they were doing, i am just waiting myself on the rest of my var to arrive, first cycle plans of var 35mg pd 6 weeks, nolva for 2 weeks after with primordial performances pct stack.

how much did you gain and then keep?Mine was Sust 250,@500wk.PCT was Nolva&PPs Test recovery stack.
