Lately, I am really loving my upper chest/pecs.

I had absolutely NO muscle there 4-5 years ago, I rarely trained chest.

I now am getting some depth of muscle and that split.

I have pretty decent pecs m'self. They used to be mad freaky scary crazy when I was competing. Now they are *just sorta* scary. :D
 
My legs are still my favorite because I am a runner and biker, but since waitressing i've been extremely pleased with the way my biceps are finally showing up. It's amazing how fast you can improve a muscle you have never worked before. Law of diminishing returns, for sure.

I think back is my fav as well, there is something about T-bar rows, dead lifts, rows that I LOVE.

I can move a lot of weight as well, and it doesn't seem to be that sicky painful thing I get with going heavy on legs.

Lately I have really been loving my traps as well, they are really starting to get some depth to them.

I am dieting now for a show in sept. My legs look pretty close to that right now. So I am hoping to be really tight this year :)
 
Hmmm, tough call. I love how my legs look when they're up to speed, but my back gets pretty gnarly too. Can I have two favorites? :)
 
arms and abs for me-not that there's anything impressive but i feel more solid in these areas. i'm just starting out so i'll get back to ya on this later..

i was Fat and i tried everything from diet pills[/URL] to excess work outs to YOGA, to only veg and boiled vegetables, but i feet the all effort has come down to my waist! it is the fav. part of my body, coz my friends really cant believe that i have toned down so much!
