If I were bulking I would try to run around 400 grams of protein minimum broken up over 8 or more meals. I would probably eat 2 grams of good carbs for every gram of protein I was eatting, so I would get say 800 grams of carbs. In just carbs and protein I would then have 4800 calories plus. I would stay away from sugar and anything high on the glycemic index and try to stay with slow burning carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc. For fat I would try to eat good fats and supplement with MCT and Omegas as well. This is what I use to do when bulking. I would only eat high glycemic carbs right after my workout and I would also wake up once or twice during the night and have a meal replacement each time.
