this is VERY a common response.. oral dosages, theoretically capable of inducing significant fat loss levels, are well above the "drop out" point for most people.. sides are too unpleasant for most.

this is not to say that orally at lower doses it does not have some effect.. it does, but topical admin is far superior due to localization, beneficial reduction, and time release..

it is theoretically effective orally, though most people find it to be unpleasant before really effective.. though at lower doses it will still somewhat enhance the effects of beta-agonist and anorectics (which is why it is put in NYC and ECY--though the latter can be harder on the heart and nervous system)

What exactly is the difference between oral yohimbe and oral yohimbine? Do both work the same, or are they different? Right now I am adding 2.7mg of YOHIMBE to my xenedrine. Will this produce any A2 effect, or do I need to use YOHIMBINE? Macro, Ulter, Huck?

yohimbine and yohimbe are different because yohimbe contains other alkaloids and impuraties. Yohimbine hcl is pure shit. you get what you paid for, and notheng else. Yohimbe herbs are most common in diet supplements, not yohimbine (pharmacutical quality).

After looking at my botle again, the entire capsule contains 210mg of butchers broom, and 135mg of yohimbe....below that it says Guarenteed 2.7mg yohimbine. This is the samr amount in NYC..just want to know if this is an equivalance, or am I wasting my time?

Perfectspecimen, have you tried stacking the oral yohimbine with ephedrine? Ephedrine acts both as a so called "non-specific adrenergic agonist" and by causing your nerve cells to release norepinephrine. The nerve cells however also have alpha 2 receptors that bind norepinephrine and ephedrine. When this binding happens, the nerve cells quit releasing norepinephrine. This is a classic negative feedback loop.

What yohimbine does is block the alpha 2 receptors, shutting down the negative feedback cycle, so your nerve endings continue to release norepinephrine, keeping your metabolism high.

This combination, IMO, is far better than either product taken alone.

The figure I have seen for plasma half life is 0.6 +/- 0.26hr, or about 30 minutes. I think this is deceptive, though, since the amount in the plasma does not necessarily reflect the amount bound to the receptors.

Before the advent of Viagra, yohimbine HCl ( Yohimex, Yocon) was prescribed to treat impotence in males. The typical dosage
(I am reading from my PDR) is 5.4mg 3 times a day.

From personal experience 10mg once in the morning and once in the early afternoon along with ECA keeps me really jacked up. If I take it any later in the day, I can't sleep.

..any thoughts about this?..I usually alternate Y and E so as to minimize the diminishing returns and to somewhat prevent the body getting too used to a drug/supp..now this guy is saying to stack the two..whats up?

I've been using yohimbe hcl orally on my current cutting cycle. Ephedra works well with it. Though I take my ephedra earlier in the day, and do cardio in the afternoon. I usually take 20 to 30 mg of yohimbe powder on my way to the gym to do cardio. Yeah, it doesn't make you feel great, especially when on a keto diet, but I sweat like a pig doing my cardio. There is usually a puddle of sweat on the floor under the bike when I finish. It does suck when you get a hard on while doing cardio, but its ok because you can just keep peddling until it goes away before you stand up.
