I've been working out for almost a year sometimes going twice a week up to 5-6 times a week. Mostly doing the usual muscle groups, but also throwing some cardio in there as well. When I first started i weighed arouns 220 and feel like ive come a long way naturally so far. The only max I have at this point is bench and thats anywhere from 230-250 depending on how im feelin that day (i know i know nothing special...). Anyways I want to finally try some Dbol that I can get from a friend of mine. I've been researching it off and on for a few months on this website, but am still confused i think. This would be my cycle, so far. Let me know what is wrong and what i need to change to get an effective cycel. By the way, the Dbol is oral, i hate needles.
1st week: 10mg Dbol
2nd-5th week: 25mg Dbol
6th week: 10mg Dbol
While im taking the Dbol, I will obviously need and anti-e and some milk thistle from what ive read. Most people have been taking Nolva for the anti-e correct? Then for the PCT ive heard so many thing i dont even know where to start. I know Nolva, Clomid, and possibly HCG are pretty common. How much of this do i take per day and for how long after my last week being "on". What about Hawthorn Berry and Saw Palmetto in the PCT as well? Let me know, help me out here.
