Yet another HCG question

The more research I do, the more I become confused. Everyone seems so convincing, unfortunately much of the advice conflicts. So I'm giving it one last shot to get the latest conventional wisdom.

First of all, didn't do any HCG during the cycle, although now I now that this would have been the way to go. But I am beyond that now, so what's the next best thing?

Taken last inj of test enan (finished the EQ 2 wks ago) one week ago. Was on the test for 19 weeks with moderate shrinkage and no sign of any gyno during the cycle.

Have 10000 iu's in 10ml for 1000iu/ml mixed sterile in the fridge right now. Also have the nolvadex on hand and ready to go. NO clomid.


Question: When to start the HCG (think I'm going with 1000iu eod), and when to start the Nolva. Also if you could help with a suggested dosage on the Nolva, I'd appreciate it.

I'm getting conflicting opinions (all seem valid), about whether to start the Nolva 5 days after the last HCG shot or whether to run it with the HCG.

Keep in mind this is POST cycle. I screwed up and didn't do the HCG during the cycle, I know.

Any advice would would be appreciated. Hoping to get the latest consensus on the matter.

I would start the HCG right after last injection and run it for 10-14 days and then start w/ clomid @50 mg ed for 3-4wks. What exactly was the dosages for your cycle?

Was running Eco oils sust 19 weeks @ 750/wk (sounds high, but I think they were underdosed) and 600mg/wk for 12 of those weeks of the EQ. Was getting good results and stayed on a little to long. Everything feels ok now, besides the moderate shrinkage of my boys, but I am worried about a crash.
Got no Clomid, just the HCG and Nolvadex.

What he said, only make sure you take something to prevent gyno while on the HCG. Either AIs or SERMs.

good call. get some aromasin, it will fight off the gyno and kick up your test levels. pct is usually when gyno rears its ugly head for me. you can use the nolva with it, but i think if you use nolva by itself your screwed.
