No, I am not one of those guys pushing his GF to get on gear. I'm asking for a variety of reasons.

Questions regarding Anavar in women:

1) Does it increase overall energy level?

2) What impact (if any) does it have on mood?

3) Does it make dieting any easier or does it simply help prevent muscle loss when dieting agressively?

4) Are the effects of low doses (i.e. 5-7.5 mg/day) even noticable?

5) Does it effect sex drive?

6) Is this "clit enlargement" phenomenon real? If so, does it help or hurt sexual intercourse long term?

Thanks in advance!

no, i am not one of those guys pushing his gf to get on gear. I'm asking for a variety of reasons.

Questions regarding anavar in women:

1) does it increase overall energy level? no

2) what impact (if any) does it have on mood? none, although if on any other hormones (i.e. Birth control) a women may find her moods changing as she goes off. Her monthly cycles may change or even disseappear while on - thus, decreasing mood swings during this time.

3) does it make dieting any easier or does it simply help prevent muscle loss when dieting agressively? no. It does helps to prevent muscle loss but is also effective to add noticeable strength - which in case i would not recommend dieting aggressively but rather feed the muscles.

4) are the effects of low doses (i.e. 5-7.5 mg/day) even noticable? yes, in women. Begin with 5mg a day and adjust to 10mg.

5) does it effect sex drive? no

6) is this "clit enlargement" phenomenon real? If so, does it help or hurt sexual intercourse long term? yes it is, but typically not with anavar at the dosage you reference. Winny is another story. No, it would not hurt intercourse - could even be better for her.

thanks in advance!

imho

I would just like to add that from what I have read and seen back in my competitive day (women talk LOL) that extremely low dose/long cycle is the way to go if one has already decided to cross over to the dark side. But be warned, the emotional/psychological effects are something that many don't expect nor do they really know how to deal with. Unless the lady in question has been training for a fair number of years and understands EXACTLY how her body reacts to training and diet and has a VERY VERY healthy self-image I would take caution.

I've not known very many women who have ever been able to come off and stay off for more than a few months once they have made the crossover. So I am just cautioning that this is something that (IMHO) only someone who has made a lifelong commitment to health/well being and fitness should consider as the sides (which WILL COME with the use of other agents) are usually permanent and have a way of sneaking up if everything else is not in check.

Perhaps your lady would enjoy participating on the women's board personally? The board may be a bit slow on occasion but round these parts, we ALWAYS give the straight dope on whatever issues are raised. We all come from varied backgrounds/life experiences so you can rely on the fact that the information comes from many different sources (not just "my way or the highway" or "this is how I've always done it so this is how I will continue to do it" leaving a well-informed adult to make the best possible decisions regarding her body and her lifestyle. :)

I encouraged her to make an account here a while back. I may make another pass.

Right now, she's got to get her workout routines locked-down. We're supposed to go to the gym at 11:00 today. Let's see if that happens.

She should train like a figure competitor before ever considering what others are calling the dark side. I find it rather sunny actually. We'd love to have her on here!

LOL The phrase "the dark side" was not coined by me originally, dear lady. It was a favorite phrase of one of my first online mentors = The Sheriff himself, Lobo. He used it quite often. The term was not derogatory at all. :)

Matter of fact I remember one of the earliest debates that I found to be fascinating was the topic of whether or not the phrase "natural bodybuilding" was an oxymoron in and of itself. It was an EXCELLENT topic of discussion if memory serves me correctly.

Anavar has long been thought to be the first choice of athletic women who were looking to take their physiques to the next level as it has little or no sides and gives excellent strength + hardness gains - excellent choice for those experienced and informed individuals who seek to keep their mass while rigorously dieting and training like there was no tomorrow. Also great choice for any one who also has their diet dialed in + intense training = will yield wonderful mass and strength/hardness gains.

I am all about sharing knowledge responsibly as KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.
No negativity taken. Many in the fitness industry call it the same. It is typically meant to be sarcastic about all the bad media press regarding illegal steroid use.
